The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is not far from many good attractions. It is conveniently located near a subway station and has a shuttle bus service available. Guests can enjoy a rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. the balcony offers a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is surrounded by small shops.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. the sofas have unknown stains and the bathroom is moldy.

The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing

Almost nothing. It is quite far from the city center and if you have to use taxis it will be very expensive. However it is always preferable to rent a car in Dubai since benzine is very cheap.

The location was 1 km from al fahidi historical district. In love with Winchester Grand. Bur Dubai neighbourhood was worth exploring. Al Fahidi tube station was within walking distance of the hotel.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a positive customer service experience. the location of the hotel was convenient, close to key attractions and amenities.

There were construction works nearby that caused a lot of noise, disturbing the peace and quiet of the hotel. some of the furnishings in the rooms were worn and outdated, detracting from the overall aesthetic and comfort of the accommodation.

I'm 30 years old. And this is the best hotel apartment i have ever seen in my life. Because of many things. The main reason is staff. Perfect staff. Very helpfull, friendly, intelligent, smart. They taking care about everything. Whenever i asked them to help, they do. Especially the manager. His name is Pumal Fernando. He was helping me when i had a special case. And too much thanks for him and his staff. Also the room, where I was staying was perfect. Very comfortable. Everything there was perfect. Im very satisfied.

The space was spacious, with good sized relaxing bed. There was a spinneys supermarket nearby. All kitchen equipments were available in the apartment including toaster, coffee maker, washing machine..etc.The staff was fine & polite. Things were acceptably clean & they cleaned daily. Front desk was available 24/7 & could be asked for help about anything. Very good for the money paid. Wired internet in the room costed 40Dhs/day. Check-in was fast & convenient.

The breakfast wasn't very good, though eatable. My child got sick in the final day & vomited on the bed. They wanted us to pay an extra 150 Dhs. The hotel place is not very clear, we had to use GPS everytime to go back (but I think that that is a minor issue) & it's about 15 min.s by car from Jumeira beach which contains most of the site seeing areas as Dubai Mall, Emirates Mall or Jumeira Beach.

We loved the easy access to everywhere, with the hotel being a short walk from the metro station. The location in a quiet area ensured a good night's sleep without any noise from traffic. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast was good and the transportation options, such as the free bus to nearby attractions, were convenient.

Hotel is nice and rate is affordable for weekend trips. There are lots of nearby places to roam around.

This is our second time to book Winchester. On our first booking, I feel bit uncomfortable with the staffs. But we found the hotel decent and the room was neat and fine. On our second booking, i feel bit comfortable with the staff, maybe because we looked familiar to them. But the room which we had this time is not good for the only reason that the bathroom smells bad (stinking).

The room is clean and big with much facilities and equipment

You can feel the bed wet because of high humidity levels.Internet is so expensive. I needed a scanned photo of my passport and I couldn't get a good one inside so I had to make it outside .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a few blocks away from the Al Karama Metro station, making it very convenient for us to travel around. We also found the area to be quite convenient for local transport and there were many small shops nearby. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a in-room safe, were excellent and added to our comfort. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus.

The Wi-Fi service, which needs improvement. We had to call the maintenance guys multiple times to resolve the issue.

Location was good, not a crowded area of Dubai, 1br was comfortable HK was very good

Rooms / Suites should be checked for faults/amenities before being occupied.. The pigeons on the windows made too much noise

I asked the reception to send somebody to clean the room, and i went out to the city ..... when i came back .. i found my laptop 20 " monitor cover broken ... someone ( the clean boy or another ... i dont know ) enter to my room and took a look at my 20 inch laptop which is expensive and he tried to open the laptop head and the cover is broken ( arround the built-in camera ) .. and now i have to change the laptop monitor arrounding ...and i should order it from the HP outside the country because this model is expensive and not available everywhere now. i told the hotel management and they did nothing with it ...just SORRY !!!!!! ...SO ?!!!! ..... ENJOY !! :(

Spent Easter weekend at a nice, huge, and clean hotel apartment with my family. the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making our stay very pleasant. Loved the daily housekeeping, and complementary tea and coffee that were available throughout our stay. the location was amazing, with easy access to shopping malls and other tourist attractions. Having a well-equipped kitchenette was a huge plus for our family, since we prepared breakfast and snacks at the hotel apartment.

The apartment could have been more updated, as the furniture looked old and worn out. the bathroom in our apartment had a few issues such as a broken showerhead and stained tiles.

Courteous & friendly staff. Nice location. Friendly & homely atmosphere.

TV channels- No Pakistani channels in hotel. No Internet I rooms. This should be complimentary for hotel guests. Lobby area needs improvement. No clocks in rooms. Sofa beds provided in rooms are awful and totally uncomfortable. They are very old & probably outlived their utility and need to be replaced with better quality sofa beds.
